Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your Love What You Do purchase, you may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or exchange within 14 days of the invoice date on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges, including the costs of the original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable. In addition, Items sold in our DoGooders section, where all proceeds go to Non-Profit Organizations, are designated as a FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

  • All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached.
  • All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization number, obtained via email.

  • Please note: All items must have a Return Authorization Number issued by a customer service representative. Items returned that do not have a Return Authorization Number and/or do not meet the criteria of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
